Healthy Cooking Course

The purpose of this course is to teach the basic principles of nutrition, in order to obtain through the meals a varied and balanced diet that helps to maintain health and in cases of being sick that it helps to heal.

This is done through the use of uncooked and fresh foods which provides the body with fiber, vitamins and minerals, as well as phytonutrients. As well as whole grains, legumes and oilseeds that collectively help maintain the acid-base balance in our body.

It is a simple and practical diet, based on plants and using ingredients that are accessible to everyone.
